Château Paradis – Rosé

Blend of Syrah (60%) and Grenache noir (40%).
Average yield 42 HL/Ha (2.2 T/acre).

Tasting notes
Colour : Intense rose.
Nose : Rich and intense, offers a blend of white pulp fruit and flowers with subtle spicy notes.
Mouth : Well balanced and generous, perfect mix of roundness and freshness with a long fruity finish.

Pairing food and wine
Aperitive : Green olive Tapenade with parmesan cheese biscuit
Terroir : Mediterranean vegetables grilled and barbecue spare ribs
Gastronomic : Salmon parcel with creamy dill sauce and tender leeks.
